Speculations on new characters?

Kotaku.com has posted an image of what they believe are the silhouetted characters in the background. According to their guesses, the following characters MAY be in the game:

Should it be safe to assume that Super Skrull, Captain America, Black Widow, Deadpool, Felicia, Frank West, and Chun Li are all in the game? I hope to see Frank West vs. Chris Redfield in this game. I know that's more like "Capcom vs. Capcom", but still. It's some form of crossover!
